The competition was comprised of three subjects: PieceMontee, Entremets
and Marzipan sweets. The competition lasted for seven hours.
Fifteen challengers from around the country competed for the top prize.
She was able to make remarkable candy shaped figures despite having only
six months experience.
In addition, her marzipan sweets are truly amazing. Not only are her sweets
beautifully made, but the expressions of the characters are incredibly life-like.
She has acquired a platinum ticket to challenge the WorldSkills Competition
to be held in Canada in September 2009 as a Japanese representative.
